For July, we're excited to shine the spotlight on two remarkable individuals: Nick Miller and Mike Tjebben.

Nick Miller: Boyden

Nick Miller has made a significant impact at our Boyden facility with his outstanding contributions. This month, Nick’s dedication truly shone through as he took on the challenge of creating custom windows for a sprayer to be showcased at agriculture events this summer and fall. Not only did he meet the initial request, but he far exceeded expectations with his innovative approach and meticulous attention to detail. His work played a crucial role in ensuring that our display was a hit at the Hefty show. As a result of Nick’s efforts, our vision for the display was brought to life in a way that impressed and inspired everyone. His commitment to excellence is truly deserving of recognition!

Mike Tjebben: Spencer

Mike Tjebben’s long-standing dedication to our Spencer facility is a testament to his unwavering commitment and work ethic. As our Material Flow Coordinator for the Finish Department, Mike is a linchpin in ensuring smooth operations. His reliability and willingness to assist others were particularly evident this month when he stepped up to address a pressing issue with the SD train trailer. Despite his busy schedule, Mike generously devoted his time and expertise to help transport the trailer from R&D using the telehandler. His positive attitude and patience throughout the process exemplify the spirit of teamwork and professionalism we cherish. Mike’s readiness to support his colleagues and tackle challenges with a smile makes him a standout member of our team.
